1. Terms and Conditions of Participation
1.1 The Kallisbest Loyalty Program is a voluntary customer loyalty program offering registered customers benefits such as instant discounts, bonus compensation, and special promotions.
1.2 Participation is free but requires creating a customer account.
1.3 The loyal customer discount applies only to registered users and cannot be combined with other discount promotions.
1.4 The referral bonus is granted exclusively to new customers who register using an existing customer's personal loyal customer discount code.
1.5 Reimbursement is provided in the form of a voucher that can be redeemed in Kallisbest's online shop and brick-and-mortar retail stores.
1.6 Cash payment or transfer of the bonus to third parties is not possible.
1.7 Kallisbest reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of participation or terminate the program at any time.

2. Misuse & Fair Use Policy
➡ To keep the loyalty program fair and transparent, we reserve the right to exclude customers in case of abusive use. This includes, among others:
· Creation of multiple accounts for multiple use of bonus programs.
· Fraud attempts or manipulations in the ordering process.
➡ In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to cancel all bonuses and discounts.
3. Voucher Validity & Redemption Conditions
🔹 The annual reimbursement is issued as a voucher.
🔹 The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
🔹 It is not possible to cash out the credit.
🔹 Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount promotions, unless expressly stated otherwise.
🔹 Shipping costs are not covered by vouchers and must be paid separately.
3. Right of Withdrawal & Termination of Participation
3.1 Participants may terminate their participation in the loyalty program at any time without stating reasons.
3.2 In the event of termination, all collected bonus amounts will expire if they have not yet been redeemed.
3.3 Kallisbest may terminate a customer's participation if there is a violation of the terms and conditions or if the program is misused.
3.4 Withdrawal from participation can be made in writing via email to info@kallisbest.de or by postal mail.
4. Adjustment or Termination of the Loyalty Program
Kallisbest reserves the right to change or terminate the loyalty program.
If changes are made or the program is terminated, a notice period of 4 weeks applies. Bonuses already collected remain redeemable within the regular period.
5. Disclaimer
Despite careful calculation of bonus levels and vouchers, technical errors or system failures may occur. There is no legal entitlement to participation or a specific compensation.

6.2 The collected data will be used exclusively for the implementation of the loyalty program and will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the processing of bonus payments or legally required.
6.3 Participants have the right to request information about their stored data, to request correction or deletion, and to revoke their consent to data processing at any time.
