Das Rind & Reis Trockenfutter wurde speziell für Katzen entwickelt, die hochwertiges Rindfleisch als Proteinquelle benötigen. Mit 38% Rindfleischmehl aus frischem Rindermuskelfleisch, Herz, Lunge und Leber – schonend getrocknet, fein gemahlen, 100% offen deklariert, glutenfrei.

Was ist Rindfleischmehl – und warum ist es im Trockenfutter die beste Wahl?

Unser Rindfleischmehl wird ausschließlich aus frischem Rindermuskelfleisch sowie hochwertigen Innereien wie Herz, Lunge und Leber – alles in Lebensmittelqualität aus Freilandhaltung – hergestellt. Diese Fleischanteile werden schonend bei niedrigen Temperaturen getrocknet und anschließend fein gemahlen. Dabei wird das Wasser vollständig entzogen – übrig bleibt ein hochkonzentriertes Fleischmehl mit einem Restfeuchtigkeitsgehalt von nur ca. 8–10%.

Wichtig zu verstehen: Im Trockenfutter zählt ausschließlich die Trockenmasse – also das, was nach der Verarbeitung tatsächlich in der Krokette steckt. Und genau hier liegt der entscheidende Unterschied:

• 38% Rindfleischmehl = 38% echter Fleischanteil in der fertigen Krokette – direkt bezogen auf die Trockenmasse
• 40% Frischfleisch = besteht zu 70–80% aus Wasser. Nach der Trocknung bleiben davon nur noch ca. 8–10% tatsächlicher Fleischanteil in der Krokette übrig – der Rest ist schlicht verdampft

Konkret in Zahlen: Um 1 kg Fleischmehl herzustellen, werden ca. 4–5 kg frisches Rohfleisch benötigt. Das bedeutet: 38% Rindfleischmehl in der Krokette entspricht dem Nährwert von ca. 152–190% Frischfleisch – ein Wert, den kein Frischfleisch-Futter erreichen kann.

Viele Hersteller werben mit hohen Frischfleischanteilen – doch nach der Trocknung bleibt davon nur ein Bruchteil übrig.
